Verified candidate data from TalnFlo — right inside your ATS. Good call. Here's the revised version with ATS-agnostic language throughout: TalnFlo — Verified Candidate Scores Inside Your ATS Stop switching tabs to check candidate verification. TalnFlo brings identity verification status, Scout Match Scores, and confidence signals directly into your ATS — right on the candidate row, right when you need them. No copy-pasting. No context switching. No guessing. WHO THIS IS FOR Recruiters and talent acquisition teams who want to see which candidates are identity-verified, how they score against an open role, and whether any applicants need attention — without leaving their ATS. WHAT IT DOES The TalnFlo extension injects a lightweight panel into your ATS. On any applicant list, it overlays each candidate row with their TalnFlo Scout Score and verification badge so you can assess the entire pipeline at a glance. Open an individual candidate and the panel expands with full detail: match score, percentile ranking, confidence tier, verification status, and skill breakdown. Candidates flagged by identity review show the reason directly on their card — no digging through a separate dashboard. KEY FEATURES Live Verification Status See at a glance which candidates are identity-verified, under review, pending resubmission, or flagged — directly on your applicant list. No separate tab. No manual cross-referencing. Scout Match Scores Every candidate shows their TalnFlo Scout Score (0–100) and percentile ranking against the role. Prioritize your pipeline in seconds instead of reading every resume cold. Confidence Tier High, medium, low, or none — a first-party signal derived from the verification outcome, giving you a quick read on candidate quality. Batch List View Score badges appear on every visible candidate row on list pages. Scan fifty applicants in the time it used to take to open five profiles. TalnFlo Marketplace Surface pre-verified TalnFlo candidates relevant to your open role without leaving your ATS. Push them into your pipeline with one click. Demo Mode Not connected to TalnFlo yet? Click "Try demo mode" to see exactly how the extension looks and works with sample data — no account required. HOW IT WORKS Install the extension and pin it to your Chrome toolbar. Open the popup and enter your TalnFlo API token. Navigate to any supported ATS applicant list or profile. TalnFlo data appears automatically — no configuration required. PRIVACY AND DATA HANDLING The extension reads applicant data visible in your ATS solely to match it against your TalnFlo account. It does not modify any ATS content, access private recruiter data, or transmit data to any third party. All communication is between the extension and TalnFlo's backend over HTTPS.
