Description
Convert, encode/decode, and compare text. Open from the toolbar icon or the right-click menu. Convert is a text-based utility, mainly aimed at developers, that runs entirely in its own extension page — no external site, no servers. Select text on any page and right-click "Convert selected text," or click the toolbar icon, to open the Convert workspace and: * YAML ↔ JSON, * Base64 encoding / decoding * Hex encoding / decoding * URL encoding / decoding * Decode SSL certificates * Markdown → MediaWiki. Also has convesion for MSG (`.msg`) files to readable text. In the convert-tab you can also diff text based on characters, words, or compare YAML or JSON content. All processing is local in your browser!
