Export nightly rates from Airbnb host calendar year view to CSV. Airbnb Host Rate Exporter saves hosts from manually copying nightly prices out of the Airbnb calendar. With one click, it exports the visible nightly rates from your Airbnb host calendar into a CSV file you can open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. Use it to review seasonal pricing, spot rate gaps, compare weekday and weekend prices, or import your rates into another system. The extension works from Airbnb host multicalendar pages for a single listing and exports the next 12 months by default. It includes an optional setting to reduce the rates by a set percentage (useful if host has increased rates to cover Airbnb's 15.5% new host fee) CSV includes: - Date - Day of week - Nightly rate - Nightly rate in cents - Currency symbol Booked nights may be skipped because Airbnb does not show nightly prices for those dates in the host calendar. Your data stays local. The extension reads the Airbnb calendar page in your browser and downloads a CSV to your computer. It does not send your rates to a server, track you, or show ads.
