Send and receive SMS, MMS and RCS from your TXTImpact inbox without leaving the page you're on. TXTImpact Messenger puts your business text messaging inbox in a Chrome side panel, so you can read and reply to customers without switching tabs or losing your place. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Read and reply to conversations in real time from any tab • Send SMS, MMS and RCS messages, including images and file attachments • Preview RCS rich cards and carousels before you send them • Insert saved media templates instead of retyping common replies • Look up contacts and start a new conversation from the side panel • Send a message to multiple recipients with the bulk composer WHY A SIDE PANEL The panel opens beside the page you're already on and stays there as you move between tabs. Answer a customer while you're looking at their order, their ticket, or their account — no window juggling, nothing lost when you navigate. REQUIREMENTS You need an active TXTImpact account to sign in. The extension is a companion to your existing account, not a standalone messaging service. If you don't have an account yet, visit txtimpact.com. PERMISSIONS • Storage — keeps you signed in between sessions so you don't re-enter your credentials every time the panel opens. • Side panel — opens the messenger beside the current page. • Access to api.txtimpact.com — where your messages and contacts live.
