Look up any NHL player's GAR, tier, and contract value — in a popup, a side panel, or highlighted right on the pages you read. Hockey Alchemy — Player Lookup puts NHL advanced analytics one click away. Look up any player's Goals Above Replacement (GAR), tier, percentile, offense/defense split, and contract — without leaving the page you're on. Powered by hockeyalchemy.com. THREE WAYS TO USE IT • Search — click the toolbar icon and start typing. Pick a player for an instant GAR card: tier (MVP, Star, 1st Line…), percentile, offense vs. defense, and cap hit. • X-Ray highlighting — on hockey sites (NHL.com, EliteProspects, Daily Faceoff, PuckPedia, Hockey-Reference) player names are automatically underlined. Just hover for their stats. On any other page, open the popup and click "Highlight players on this page." • Side panel — a docked, always-open list of every player detected on the current page, ranked by GAR. Click any player to open their full profile. PRIVACY-FIRST PERMISSIONS The extension highlights players automatically only on the five hockey sites above. To highlight players on any other page, you trigger it yourself: from the popup it reads just that page via the activeTab permission (no prompt); from the side panel's "Scan this page" button, Chrome asks whether to allow the extension on that one site. It never requests access to all your sites at once. All name-matching happens on your device, and page content is never sent anywhere.
