Clipboard history that detects and protects the secrets you copy. Encrypted on your device, never sent anywhere. Clipboard history for people who copy things they should not keep. ClipKeep saves everything you copy so you can find it again — and it recognises when what you copied was a password, an API key or a card number, and refuses to store it in the clear. Everything stays on your machine. There is no account required, no analytics, no cloud sync, and nothing is uploaded. The extension shows you a live count of every network request it has made, so you can check that claim instead of trusting it. WHAT YOU GET WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT • Unlimited clipboard history, searchable by text, tag or source site • Copies made in other applications are captured too — Notepad, Word, a terminal • Images and rich text, not just plain text • AES-GCM-256 encryption at rest, always on • Secret detection across 12 formats: Stripe and GitHub keys, AWS credentials, JWTs, card numbers and more — masked on sight and expired automatically • 36 sites never captured out of the box, including banks and password managers. Add your own • Nothing captured in private windows • Optional PIN lock • Export everything as JSON at any time WITH A FREE JSKAPPS ACCOUNT • Tags, saved snippets, extra export formats, and import from another clipboard manager CLIPKEEP PRO • Dynamic snippet templates that fill in dates, fields and other snippets • Transform recipes — clean up, reformat or rewrite a clip in one click • Folders and smart collections that file new clips by rule • Per-site rules, a paste queue, scheduled clean-up • Selective export, and a passphrase-encrypted portable vault WHY IT ASKS FOR ACCESS TO WEBSITES A copy happens on a page, so the extension has to be there to notice it. It reads only what you copy — never the rest of the page — and that access is also what lets it skip password fields and know when you are on a site you told it to ignore. Every permission is explained inside the extension before you use it.
