AI candidate sourcing with local Contacted/Skip history and optional LinkedIn location verification. Talent Atlas AI helps recruiters and hiring teams find relevant LinkedIn candidates from the web without manually building Boolean searches. Describe the candidate you are looking for in plain English. Talent Atlas AI uses AI to create a focused sourcing plan, then searches Google for matching LinkedIn profiles and organizes the results in one dashboard. Key features: • Create a sourcing project from a natural-language candidate description • AI-generated search plan tailored to the vacancy • Search Google for relevant LinkedIn profiles • Filter candidates by location and role relevance • Optional LinkedIn location verification when search results do not contain a reliable location • Mark candidates as Contacted or Skip so they are not shown again • Local candidate history in the Free Beta • Dashboard for reviewing and managing candidate results Free Beta includes: • 1 active vacancy • Up to 50 unique candidate results • 10 new candidates per search run • Local Contacted and Skip history Talent Atlas AI does not send LinkedIn messages automatically and does not access your LinkedIn credentials. LinkedIn profiles are opened only when requested by the user or when optional location verification is enabled. Talent Atlas reads candidate information from Google search results and, only when enabled, limited LinkedIn profile content for candidate location verification. Vacancy descriptions are sent securely to our AI planner to generate sourcing strategies. Pro features such as multiple vacancies and Google Sheets synchronization are planned for a future release.
