Command palette, fast organisation switching, favorites and keyboard shortcuts for Xero. Not affiliated with Xero Limited. Fantail adds the speed layer Xero is missing. It is built for bookkeepers and accountants who spend their whole day inside Xero and feel every extra click. The command palette (Ctrl+K) jumps to any Xero screen, report or setting by typing a few letters. It reaches the areas Xero's own search does not, including Reports, Fixed Assets, Projects, Expenses and Payroll. If you manage several client organisations, the palette also switches between them. Type part of the client's name, press Enter, and you are in their file. Pin the screens you use constantly. Press Tab on any palette entry to pin it, and your pins appear both at the top of the palette and in a slim rail on the right edge of every Xero page, one click away. Keyboard shortcuts cover the actions you repeat all day: Alt+S saves, Alt+Shift+S saves and adds another, Alt+A approves. Press Ctrl+/ for the full cheat sheet. Every feature can be switched off individually in the settings, so Fantail only does what you want it to. Privacy: Fantail collects no data. No analytics, no tracking, no external scripts. Your settings and pins stay in your own browser storage. The extension runs only on go.xero.com and requests no other site access.
