SellerSide.AI is a review-intelligence tool for marketplace sellers on Amazon, Walmart, and MercadoLibre. WHAT IT DOES • On a product page, it detects the product and lets you collect its public customer reviews with one click. • For Amazon, the reviews you collect are analyzed in your own SellerSide.AI account — AI turns them into Voice-of-Customer insights: tagging, sentiment, pain-point analysis, competitor comparison, and actionable listing suggestions. • For Walmart and MercadoLibre, reviews are collected locally in your browser and exported as CSV. • Pause, resume, or stop a collection at any time. Multiple collections queue up and run one after another. HOW IT WORKS • Sign in once on sellerside.ai. The extension reuses that same session — it never asks for a separate password and never sees your marketplace account passwords. • It only reads the product/review pages you choose to collect from, and only talks to sellerside.ai. WHAT IT DOESN'T DO • It does not read your browsing history, cookies, saved passwords, or any page outside the supported marketplaces and sellerside.ai. • It does not sell or share your data. REQUIREMENTS • A SellerSide.AI account (free tier available). This extension is a companion to the SellerSide.AI web app and does not work as a standalone tool.
