ContinueVault: Continue AI Chats - Cross-Platform AI Memory

Description

Stop starting over with AI. Open a fresh chat and "continue"… or "continue" in ChatGPT, Claude, or others. Portable AI memory. Your AI finally remembers - the way you always expected it to. You know the wall: the chat gets long, the screen gets slow, the answers get dumber. So you start a fresh chat - and it remembers nothing. Paste the old conversation in? Slow again. Projects, document uploads, summaries - everyone tries them; nothing holds. ContinueVault fixes it. Open a fresh session, say "continue," and your AI picks up the thread - the decisions, the dead ends, the conclusions, the current state - with the entire history at its fingertips. Real threads run long here: dozens of sessions, tens of thousands of turns, one continuous line of work. AND YOUR THREAD ISN'T TRAPPED IN ONE AI. Anthropic's memory remembers you in Claude. OpenAI's remembers you in ChatGPT. Neither one talks to the other - and both hold a few pages of notes about you, not your work. ContinueVault is the bridge: every conversation you save becomes shared context that any of your AIs can search and continue. Searching for "AI memory"? This is way beyond AI memory. Not a personality profile, not a few facts gathered over time - your actual conversations, synced, searchable, and continuable, across platforms. ────────────────────────── ◆ CONTINUE THE THREAD IN - Claude (claude.ai) - native MCP - ChatGPT (chatgpt.com) - via the ContinueVault GPT; practically transparent - Grok (grok.com) - native MCP - Perplexity (perplexity.ai) - native MCP - Le Chat / Mistral (chat.mistral.ai) - native MCP ◆ SAVE FROM ALL OF THOSE, PLUS - Google Gemini (gemini.google.com) - sync only, for now - DeepSeek (chat.deepseek.com) - sync only, for now Sync-only platforms still feed your shared history: those conversations are saved, searchable, and continuable everywhere else. ────────────────────────── ◆ KEY FEATURES ✓ Continue any conversation past the context wall - in a fresh session of the same AI, or a different one ✓ One continuous thread of work - your AI conversations finally remember, the way you always expected them to ✓ Threads - group related conversations across platforms; rename, branch, and switch between them ✓ Unified search across everything you've saved, from every platform ✓ Real-time sync as you chat ✓ Per-user encrypted vault (AES-256) ✓ Manual and automatic sync modes ✓ Export or delete your data anytime ◆ PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN ✓ Your data lives in a per-user encrypted vault - decrypted only while you're actively using it ✓ Platform credentials (tokens, cookies) never leave your browser ✓ No browsing history saved; no data from non-AI websites ✓ No advertising, no data sales, never used for model training ✓ Error reporting is sanitized - conversation content never leaves your vault Learn more: https://continuevault.com/trust ────────────────────────── ◆ HOW IT WORKS Two minutes of setup, then it's automatic: ① Sign in to your ContinueVault account ② Approve each AI platform account you want to sync ③ ContinueVault syncs your chats into your encrypted personal vault as you chat ④ Open any connected AI, say "continue," and keep working ◆ HOW SYNCING WORKS AI platforms can only reach your history if it lives on a server they can connect to.
