This extension adds an "Analyze in LotPencil" button to Zillow and Redfin listing pages. One click opens the LotPencil web app with the listing analyzed: • Max offer for the lot at your target profit • Line-item build costs across 111 LA neighborhoods, calibrated to 2026 hard-cost bands • A real construction-loan draw schedule — equity-first funding, S-curve draws, capitalized interest, marketing-period carry • Slow-sale stress tests and a runway readout • A plain green/yellow/red verdict The county parcel record (lot size, existing structure, year built) is pulled automatically. The cost engine runs entirely on your device — your deals never touch a server. The extension itself collects nothing: no analytics, no tracking, no background activity.
