Commander deck helper from Taplands and Taverns. Compare a captured Moxfield deck with EDHREC recommendations on the page you open. Deck Assistant is a personal Commander helper from Taplands and Taverns, the Orlando Magic: The Gathering community behind weekly game nights at https://taplandsandtaverns.com/ Use it while you already have a Moxfield deck and an EDHREC page open. Capture the public list you can see, compare it with the recommendations on that EDHREC page, mark adds and cuts, then send a revised list into Moxfield Bulk Edit. What it does • Capture a Commander deck from the Moxfield page you opened • Open the matching EDHREC commander page and Recs form from the captured list • Browse recommendations with High Synergy, Top Cards, and Game Changers • Mark cards to add or cut, and pair an add with a cut when you want a swap • Label cards in your 99 (Ramp, Recursion, Targeted, Mass, Plan, plus EDHREC flags) • Save snapshots, preview a list, and restore it to Moxfield Bulk Edit • Keep history so you can undo a version or open it as a new Moxfield deck What it does not do • It does not log into Moxfield or EDHREC for you • It does not call private or undocumented Moxfield APIs • It does not change a published deck until you review Bulk Edit and Moxfield Save finishes • It does not scrape EDHREC in bulk. It only reads the page in the current tab • It is not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, Moxfield, or EDHREC How a typical session works 1. Open your public Moxfield deck and click Capture Deck. 2. Open the EDHREC commander page so synergy and top-card tags can load. 3. Fill Recs from the captured list, then mark adds on Recommendations and cuts on Cuts. 4. Review Changes. Pair swaps if you want. Restore the list to Bulk Edit when you are ready. 5. Recapture after Moxfield saves if you want the assistant to match the live deck. Privacy Deck names, card lists, labels, pending changes, and settings stay in chrome.storage.local on this computer. The extension does not send browsing or deck data to a Taplands server. It does not read cookies, store passwords, or intercept credentials.
