A quiet local timer that reminds you to rest your eyes every 45 minutes. Eye 45 is a simple reminder to step away from your screen and give your eyes a break. By default, it reminds you every 45 minutes with a notification and a dedicated timer window. Choose your focus and break durations, pause when needed, and start your next session when you are ready. Why I built it After years of long screen sessions, I experienced persistent eye problems. Medication and treatment had not brought the improvement I hoped for, and I wanted to make regular breaks part of my daily routine. I tried several apps but couldn't find one that felt simple enough, so I built Eye 45.
