Kestrel Apply fills an employer's application form with the details you already saved in your Kestrel account. Name, contact, address, links, typed in, in seconds. All you do is read it over and hit submit. WHAT YOU GET Forms filled. On Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable and SmartRecruiters, Kestrel Apply reads the form in front of you, works out what each field is actually asking for, and fills it in. WHERE IT STOPS, ON PURPOSE Kestrel Apply types what it knows for certain and leaves you the rest: dropdowns, checkboxes, anything about you personally, and any question the employer wrote themselves. It names each one instead of leaving you to hunt for them. A form that looks finished and is not is the one thing worth engineering against. And it never presses submit. You read it, you send it, and nothing reaches an employer that you have not seen. WHAT YOU NEED A Kestrel account on a paid plan and a connection key from Kestrel Settings. Paste it once and this browser is connected. PRIVACY, PLAINLY The connection key is the only thing kept in your browser, and the sites you visit cannot read it. Your details cross into a page for the moment it takes to type them, and nothing comes back. Kestrel Apply talks to no service but Kestrel, sets no cookies, and carries no analytics or tracking.
