Scrape all links on the active page, categorize by Path ID, filter, search, and export CSV. The Corporate Prospector Chrome Extension scans individual webpages or entire websites to identify important company and contact data points. The results can be filtered by keyword or by the below Directory Type: People: The Company’s Team page and Executive Bios About: Information about the company Customers: Use Cases / Customer Stories / Testimonials Locations: Regional Offices / Stores / Branches Press Releases: The Press Releases of the company Products: The Products and Services provided by the company Social: Social Media handles of the company or employees Emails: Role-Based and Contact level email addresses Telephone Numbers: Main line and Direct Dial telephone numbers Competition: Web pages that detail the differentiation between competitors Using The Corporate Prospector is simple. Once an important web page is identified, click the Corporate Prospector icon within the Chrome browser. This process will open an additional tab showcasing the categorized company and contact data from that page. At this point, the user can choose to scan the entire website for additional data* or just use the information from that page. The user interface will provide a count of each data point in total and by its type or Directory. This is where the data can be filtered to information relevant to the user. From this point, the user can download the information into a CSV or continue searching by the below: Date: today’s date or earlier if the entire website is scanned Root Domain: The home page of the company’s website Last Path: A brief description or the Name of the Employee / Location / Customer / Product Web Page: The specific webpage that is the source of the data Directory: The type of data * It’s important to note that the Scan Entire Site functionality will rarely return email addresses, phone numbers, or telephone numbers. If these fields are required, then the user will need to navigate to the web page where these data points are found and click the The Corporate Prospector button to retrieve them.
