Opens Gmail with your tailored resume already attached, addressed to the recruiter. You still press Send. Resume tailors your resume to a job posting and writes the email to the recruiter. This extension carries the last step: instead of downloading the file and attaching it by hand, click "Open in Gmail" on the application page and the compose window opens with the recipient, subject, body and the .docx already in place. It never sends anything. You read the email and press Send yourself. The extension works only with an account on careerfitresume.com. It reads nothing from your mailbox - it fills in one compose window, the one it opened.
