These can be downloaded from within the app. This is an Android app converted with ARC Welder from the F-Droid APK, thus it depends on the "App Runtime for Chrome" which may be a significant download if you do not yet have it. Note: While it works well for me, this application and its dictionaries have not been updated for a while. If you have the time and inclination to maintain it consider looking at the source (https://code.google.com/p/quickdic-dictionary/) and contacting the original developer. Note2: This converted app runs fine for me on e.g. Linux, that it is only available on ChromeOS is Google's decision, not mine.
