HOW IT WORKS Not a wrapper around ChatGPT. This uses activation steering, a research technique that modifies a language model's internal hidden states at inference time to shift its output register, without fine-tuning or prompt-stuffing. - Base model: Qwen3-14B (4-bit quantized) - Steering: permanent forward hooks on residual stream layers 19-22, applying a "diplomatic" direction vector learned via Contrastive Activation Addition (CAA) on 150 hand-crafted contrastive pairs - Hosted on Modal serverless GPU, auto-scales, idles to zero - Diff modal lets you review every rewrite before it touches your draft USE CASES — Escalating workload concerns to leadership without sounding hostile — Pushing back on unreasonable requests while staying HR-safe — De-escalating tense client/team threads — Turning rant-mode drafts into something you can actually send — Cross-checking your own tone before clicking Send PRIVACY Your draft text is sent over HTTPS to a private inference endpoint operated by the developer, only when you click the button. — Nothing is stored.
