Log your real clinical visits on RxPreceptor faster — dictate what happened, review it, and fill the form. Nothing is invented. Charting your clinical encounters on RxPreceptor is the slow part of clinicals. FNP CaseLog Pro speeds up the paperwork for visits you actually did — without ever making anything up. How it works: 1. Dictate (or type) what happened in the visit, in your own words. 2. One click copies a prompt into ChatGPT or Claude that converts your description into RxPreceptor's exact dropdown values. 3. Paste the result back. You get a clear review of every field, with anything missing highlighted, so you confirm it before it's entered. 4. The form fills in seconds. You review the page and submit it yourself. What it will not do: it never generates fake patients, invents labs or procedures, or fills in anything you didn't describe. Categories you don't mention are recorded honestly as "none" or left blank for you to confirm. You are always responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Save your preceptor, rotation, and state once and they fill automatically every time. One license unlocks one device.
