StackTrim puts every subscription your business pays for on one page and works out what the stack actually costs. You record each tool once: what it is, which job it does, how many seats you pay for, what one bill costs, how often it bills and when it renews. StackTrim then shows the yearly run-rate, flags two tools doing the same job, groups what renews in the next 30, 60 and 90 days, and ranks where to look first. It runs entirely in your browser. It is built for the person who ends up owning software spend at a small company: the owner, the operations lead, or whoever inherited IT. Tools get bought one at a time, on different cards, in different months, and nobody has ever put the whole list on one page. The waste is ordinary and expensive: two tools doing one job after a team changed its mind, seats still billing for people who left, an annual renewal that passed unnoticed because no one had the date.
