Reminds you to remove watched videos from Watch Later. Every removal needs your confirmation. Your Watch Later list keeps growing, even after you finish watching? Clean Watcher reminds you to tidy up when a video reaches your chosen playback point. You decide every time. Your playlist changes only when you choose Remove. Choosing Keep, closing the dialog, or pressing Escape leaves the video saved. Features • Choose when to be reminded: at 80%, 90%, 95%, or when the video ends. • Works beyond the Watch Later playlist: checks saved videos opened from a regular YouTube watch page, too. • Short Undo window: choose Undo within 10 seconds of the removal result to add the video back. • English and Traditional Chinese: English by default, with automatic Traditional Chinese when your browser’s UI language is Traditional Chinese. • Preferences stay on your device. No extra account, ads, or analytics. How it works Sign in to YouTube, choose your reminder timing in Clean Watcher, and watch as usual. At the selected playback point, the extension briefly opens YouTube’s Save menu to check whether the video is in Watch Later, then asks whether you want to remove it. Things to know Reminders use playback position, not cumulative viewing time. The extension supports regular desktop YouTube watch pages with English or Traditional Chinese YouTube menus. If the page state cannot be identified safely, it stops. If an action was sent but its result cannot be verified, it reports the uncertainty without automatically retrying. Undo is available briefly on the same video; navigating away or disabling the extension cancels it. Restoring a video may change its position in the playlist. Privacy and permissions The extension locally processes the current video’s URL, title, playback position, and playlist selection to provide reminders and carry out your confirmed actions. The storage permission saves preferences locally. This information is not sent to the developer. YouTube processes playlist updates through your existing signed-in session.
