KataKita Pill is our Chrome cousin of the Mac menu-bar Pill. Hold a conversation with your hands free: speak, and cleaned text lands in the focused field (WhatsApp Web, Google, chat apps, forms, internal tools). WHO CAN USE IT: - Sign-in is Google-gated to authorized accounts (currently @gogwf.com; more emails can be allowlisted on the backend without a store republish) - If you are not on the allowlist, sign-in will fail on purpose WHAT IT DOES: - Global hotkey Alt+D (Option+D on Mac) to start and stop - Works in normal http/https tabs: chat composers, search boxes, text fields - Live transcript pill while you speak - Optional Dictate button on the page - English + Indonesian language hints - Filler cleanup and custom team vocabulary terms HOW TO USE (team): 1. Install from this private / unlisted listing (or load the zip unpacked) 2. Pin the extension → Sign in with your work Google account 3. Allow the microphone once 4. Click inside a text field 5. Alt+D → speak → Alt+D again 6. Text inserts at the caret NOTES FOR REVIEWERS / IT: - Mic audio is used only while dictation is active - Speech goes to Soniox realtime STT via short-lived temp keys from our Supabase Edge Function - Auth is Google via our Supabase project - No Soniox master key is embedded in the extension - Visibility should stay Private (Workspace) or Unlisted until we open it wider Made by openflow.bot for internal ops use.
