Description
Neuroscience-inspired focus timer with random alerts and built-in white noise to keep you in deep work. FlowPing delivers the neuroscience-backed 90-minute focus + 20-minute recovery cadence: adaptive random alerts cue a 10-second micro break that activates neural “Replay,” while variable-ratio reinforcement and the Zeigarnik effect sustain motivation; a grey progress ring guides the long-rest window to recharge your cognitive “ion batteries.” The popup stays hydrated in real time, auto-rotating through focus, micro break, and long break. From the settings panel you can fine-tune focus length, alert interval, long-break duration, and audio volume; every change defers to the next cycle with a clear notice. Random alerts chime once when they start and again when they finish, the white-noise panel ships with multiple ambient tracks and precise volume control, and ten languages plus light/dark themes are ready offline—no account required. To unlock full task management and cloud sync, tap “Experience Full Features” at the bottom of the popup and head to flowping.app. Key highlights: - Real-time circular timer with zero reopening “flashback” - Random alerts + 10-second micro breaks reinforce memory retention - White-noise hub with diverse soundscapes and volume sliders - Setting tweaks take effect next round with explicit defer hints - Grey long-break ring supports pause/resume for effortless recovery ----- FlowPing
