Send a PDF bill from Gmail straight to your Luca Dock, in one click. Send PDF bills to Luca without downloading and uploading them by hand. In Gmail, click Dock in Luca beside a PDF attachment. Choose a company and agent, then send the file to its Loading Bay. The toolbar popup also accepts PDFs from a computer. • Search the company list and choose the destination. • Send PDFs up to 20 MB. • See recent sends and open the destination in Luca. • Revisit a sent attachment to check its current location in Luca. • Connect once and disconnect from the popup or Luca’s Connected browsers settings. A Luca account is required. Uploads require a company with the relevant Pro and agent access. Bill Agent processing uses Luca’s existing plan and AI credit rules.
