Use the Chrome extension to streamline your entire service-job workflow: build polished quotes, estimate materials and labor, generate documents, schedule jobs, and handle client communications—all inside your browser. At the heart of the extension is Instruct (your AI project & quote assistant) and a built-in Schedule to keep your days organized. Core Workspace: Instruct (Instant Quote Builder) Instruct is the main workspace where you run full projects from start to finish: Enter client + job details Generate AI-powered materials lists Get labor pricing and job charges Finalize totals, timeline, and profit Create quote documents you can edit, export, and reuse Launch Instruct from the sidebar, toolbar, or context menu whenever you’re ready to start or revisit a job. Launch Tools Anywhere Right-Click: Open Instruct, Dashboard, or other tools from the context menu. Highlight Text: Use Proofread or Reply to clean up text or respond to clients. Toolbar Icon / Sidebar: Open the main panel to run Instruct or chat directly. Build Quotes & Documents Run a project through Instruct to generate materials, pricing, and final quotes.
