BNB Pulse compares short-term vs long-term rental income for any property using real comps, photo-scored comps, and your deal rules. BNBPulse adds a small panel on supported rental listing pages so you can send a property to BNBPulse and see corporate housing vs annual rent metrics (including pass/fail vs your ratio threshold), revenue-style projections, and a link to the full analysis in BNBPulse. How it works Sign in to BNBPulse in your browser (same session the extension uses). Open the extension popup → Settings → paste your BNBPulse extension API key → Save. Visit a supported listing. Use Analyze to review or edit address, beds/baths, rent, and URL, then run the analysis. Results stay available on the same listing page until you choose New analysis or navigate away. Supported sites Listing detail pages on Zillow (including apartment community URLs), Craigslist, Apartments.com, and Rent.com. We will be building upon it to include newer sites in future.
