Tracks your daily Intercom dialogs, replies, and closed conversations. Intercom Counter helps support professionals monitor their daily activity in Intercom. It tracks: • conversations replied to today; • replies sent today; • conversations closed today. The counters update as you work and are available in the extension popup. Use Reset today to clear the current day’s statistics. To detect reply and close actions, the extension processes relevant Intercom request and response data locally in your browser. It stores only activity counters, conversation identifiers needed to prevent duplicate counts, and limited diagnostic logs. Message content is not stored, and no data is transmitted to the developer or third parties. Intercom Counter runs exclusively on app.intercom.com and is designed for personal workload tracking.
