Scrapes ownership records based on Mustil and Khasra directly from the HSAC portal. Haryana Land Records Helper is a robust, client-side utility tool designed to help developers, property surveyors, and land analysts export ownership records and spatial boundaries directly from the Haryana Ease of Doing Business (EODB) HARSAC map portal. Instead of manually copying details line-by-line, this extension automates the process of fetching owner names, land area calculations (in Kanal/Marla), and Jamabandi years for specified Mustil and Khasra values, while simultaneously retrieving geographical boundary data. Key Features Dual-Mode Location Selection: Dynamically loads districts, tehsils, and villages instantly from a preloaded fallback database of 6,144 digitized villages, while silently checking the live API in the background for any newly added regions. Live Connection Monitor: A visual status indicator (with a manual ↻ Reconnect button) showing whether the extension is actively talking to the live map portal or running in offline fallback mode. KML Spatial Exports: Automatically queries and converts GIS shape coordinates directly from the backend ArcGIS server. Export your parcels to KML format for instant visualization in Google Earth, QGIS, or other mapping software. Smart Parsing: Automatically parses land details, extracts ownership names, matches parent/fractional Khasra fallbacks, and calculates plot areas in traditional Kanal-Marla units. Flexible Data Formats: Download your structured records instantly as a CSV sheet for Excel or a KML file for spatial map overlays. Local & Safe: All processing is done locally within your browser. The extension does not collect, log, or transmit any land records to external servers, protecting your session data and search privacy. Session State Memory: Automatically preserves your last configured district/tehsil/village setup and caches scraping progress so you can pick up exactly where you left off. How to Use - Log in to your account on the Haryana HARSAC EODB map page. - Open the extension popup and ensure the status shows Connected to Live Map API (if not, refresh the page and click ↻ Reconnect). - Choose your District, Tehsil, and Village (or click the Load Ujina Preset button for instant setup). - Paste your target Khasra numbers (e.g., 22/14, 22/15, 23/10 separated by commas). - Click 🚀 Start Scraping and watch the console track the records in real-time. - Click 📥 Owner Details for the CSV spreadsheet, or 🗺️ Owner Details + .KML to download the spatial boundary map.
