Free Softphone Dialer for Twilio is a Chrome softphone that uses your own Twilio account. What you can do • Place outbound calls from a dial pad in Chrome • Answer inbound calls • Mute, hold, and send keypad tones (DTMF) • Send and receive SMS (with a messaging-capable Twilio number) • Check recent calls and voicemail • Set Ready / Not Ready for your team How setup works (about one minute) 1. Create a free business account in the extension 2. Paste your Twilio Account SID, Auth Token, and phone number 3. Copy the Dial, Voice, and SMS webhook URLs into Twilio Console 4. Open the softphone and start calling 5.
