Read Japanese webpages with inline readings, translation, vocabulary, and speech controls. Fudoki Reader helps you read Japanese webpages without leaving the page. Features: • Add inline readings in hiragana, katakana, or romaji • Show concise word meanings or optional sentence translations • Select text to view part-of-speech labels and a complete sentence translation • Read selected text aloud with speed, playback, and karaoke-style highlighting controls • Save words with context and review them using the local vocabulary book • Switch between English, Japanese, and Chinese interfaces • Use light, dark, or system themes Japanese text analysis and vocabulary data are processed locally in the browser. Translation is optional. When the user requests a translation, the selected text or sentence is sent securely to Google’s translation service to return the result. Fudoki Reader does not operate an advertising or analytics backend.
