When enough anonymous community data is available, Hiring Trust can show company-level hiring signals such as recruiter response rate, interview rate, offer rate, no-response rate after 30 days, and median first-response time. Hiring Trust separates stronger employer proof from self-reported applicant outcomes and only shows public metrics after minimum sample thresholds are met. Individual application history is private to the user.
