Format SQL in one click — river layout, leading commas, where 1=1, aligned aliases. Works on Databricks and any web editor. Vitti SQL Formatter turns messy, hard-to-scan SQL into a clean, consistent layout the moment you run it — so every query you read and ship looks the same. It formats into a distinctive "river" style: • lowercase keywords, identifiers left exactly as you wrote them • a vertical river — clause keywords on the left, operands aligned to a fixed column • leading commas and aligned column aliases • every WHERE opens with 1=1, one predicate per line • multiline CASE, window functions (OVER) and CTEs • your choice of tabs or spaces, column widths, and keyword case Two ways to use it: • In a SQL editor — select your SQL and press Ctrl+Shift+Y (or use the right-click menu) to replace it in place. On Databricks, copy the SQL first, then trigger. • From the popup — click the toolbar icon, paste your SQL, format it, and copy it back. The Config tab lets you set column spacing (fields / labels / joins / filter), keyword case, and indentation. Private by design: everything runs locally in your browser.
