Save jobs, check ATS score, tailor your resume, and autofill applications on LinkedIn, Naukri, and career pages. Role Growth is a Chrome extension that helps you manage a job search from the listing page. When you open a job, the popup can show the role and company, check how well your saved resume matches the description, and save the job to your RoleGrowth tracker in one click. You can also import your professional profile into RoleGrowth to edit it there. On application forms, it can fill empty identity fields (name, email, phone, location, and experience) from your primary resume. It never submits the form for you. You review everything and click Apply yourself. After a successful LinkedIn Easy Apply, it can mark that job as Applied in your tracker. Works on major job boards and on company career pages after you click Apply. You need a RoleGrowth account. Sign in from the extension popup with the same email and password you use on rolegrowth.com. The extension does not fill salary, eligibility, or visa questions, and it cannot attach a resume file (browsers block that).
