Following Manager for Instagram helps you view and manage your Instagram following list — directly inside Instagram, with no third-party login required. WHAT IT DOES Open instagram.com, click the extension icon, and the manager appears on top of Instagram. It reads your following and followers lists using your existing browser session, then shows every account you follow in a clean, filterable panel. FILTERS ❌ Doesn't follow back — accounts you follow that don't follow you ✅ Follows you back — your mutual connections 🔒 Private / Personal — private accounts 🌐 Public personal — regular public accounts ✓ Verified — celebrities, journalists, public figures 🏢 Business & Brands — company pages and shops BULK UNFOLLOW Select individual accounts or use Select All. Unfollows are spaced 0.7 seconds apart automatically to keep your account safe. YOUR PRIVACY This extension never asks for your Instagram password.
