The focus app that keeps you locked in on what matters — and locked out of everything that doesn't. WHAT IT DOES You type in a list of websites to block (for example, youtube.com or twitter.com) and set a timer. You click "Start a session." For the length of that timer, if you try to visit any site on your blocklist, Locked In redirects that tab to a "blocked" screen instead of loading the page. When the timer ends (or you manually stop the session), the sites are unblocked automatically. Every session — completed or stopped early — is saved to a local history so you can see a calendar-style view of your focus time and track a daily streak. OTHER FEATURES • A simple to-do list and a notes box inside the extension, so you can jot down what you're working on without switching tabs. • The extension replaces your browser's default New Tab page with a dashboard showing your timer, blocklist, and streak. • Free plan: block up to 2 websites per session, unlimited timers, full session history. • Paid "Monk Mode" plan ($5/month or $50/year, optional): block an unlimited number of websites, schedule recurring focus sessions on a weekly calendar, and customize the extension's theme and accent color. HOW YOUR DATA IS HANDLED All of your sessions, to-do items, notes, and blocklist are stored locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API — they are never sent to any server. If you choose to subscribe to the paid plan, the email address you enter is sent to our server solely to verify your subscription status; no other data leaves your device. Full details: https://igottalockin.com/privacy Locked In does not require creating an account to use the free plan.
