Copy a linked Freshservice ticket number, with an optional short description, from flexhelp.freshservice.com. Ticket Link Copier for Freshservice is a small helper for support agents who live in flexhelp.freshservice.com. Open a ticket and you can copy it as a hyperlink three ways: • The toolbar popup — "Copy Ticket Number" or "Copy Ticket + Description". • A small "Copy link" button next to the ticket number on the page (can be turned off in the popup). • The keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Shift+Y (Cmd+Shift+Y on Mac). What lands on your clipboard is a real link: the visible text is the ticket number (or "number | subject") and it points at the ticket URL. Paste it into Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Confluence, a Word doc, or a plain-text field — it comes out right in every case. The extension does no tracking of any kind. It has no servers, makes no network requests, and only reads the ticket number and subject from the page you are looking at, when you ask it to. Access is limited to flexhelp.freshservice.com.
