Description
Save Chrome tab groups with colors & names. Restore in one click — perfect for NetSuite, Salesforce, or any multi-tab workflow. # Chrome Web Store — Full description (Tab Session Pro **v4.1.0**) If you use NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or any web app that expires your session overnight, you know the pain: you close the browser, come back the next morning, and every single tab has redirected to a login page. You have to open each one manually from scratch. --- Tab Session Pro saves your Chrome tab groups — with their colors, names, and all URLs — so you can restore everything in one click the next day. **Version 4.1** is the stable, fully merged release: folders, hours, ERP filtering, tags, search, a private vault, local smart naming, backlog, session sharing, tab sorting with preview, and a polished dark UI — all without external AI services or API keys. If you use NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Jira, or any web app that expires your session overnight, you know the pain: you close the browser, come back the next morning, and every single tab has redirected to a login page. You have to open each one manually from scratch. Tab Session Pro fixes that — and keeps getting better. HOW IT WORKS 1. Organize your tabs into Chrome tab groups (name them, color them). 2. Click the extension → name your session → add optional tags → Save. Use local Smart Name suggestions if you like. 3. A one-sentence summary is generated from your open tabs (100% on-device). 4. Next morning: log back into your app, find your session (search helps), click Restore. 5. All tabs reopen in the exact same groups — instantly. Use Alt+U to update the last restored session without reopening the popup. WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 4.1 - Polished UI (slim scrollbars, clear save/restore feedback, compact 460×520 popup). - Alt+T — sort tabs in the current window with a preview modal before anything moves; ⚡ Sort Tabs on the Save panel. - Backlog — park older sessions out of the main list (one-tap toggle); sessions list scrolls smoothly. - Share & import — export a .tabsession file or copy a TSP: share code; import by pasting a code or uploading a file from the Sessions toolbar. - Custom ERP names (when you pick “Others”) — saved only on this device; manage the list from the ERP dialog. - Keyboard shortcuts are listed under Settings (with Alt+T for sort). - About page — permissions, Cloud Sync status, Smart Naming explainer, support link, GitHub issues. FEATURES ✅ Save and restore full Chrome tab group structure (colors, names, URLs) ✅ ERP/CRM smart filter — set your system once (NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, and more) to save only relevant tabs; optional custom names for “Others” ✅ Deselect individual tabs or whole groups before saving ✅ Folders — organize sessions into draggable, collapsible folders ✅ Working hours — log time per session; add hours-only without touching tabs ✅ Smart session naming — three suggestions generated locally from tab titles (no API key) ✅ Auto-notes — local one-sentence summary of each session ✅ Tags — label sessions for instant search (#netsuite #urgent #client-a) ✅ Search — find sessions by name, tag, group name, or note ✅ Private vault — lock sensitive sessions behind a 4-digit PIN (Alt+P) ✅ Session versioning — every full update bumps the version (v1 → v2…) ✅ Cloud sync — sessions sync across your signed-in Chrome browsers (Chrome storage sync) ✅ Keyboard shortcuts: Alt+S save, Alt+U update, Alt+P private vault, Alt+T sort tabs (customize at chrome://extensions/shortcuts) ✅ Website favicons in the save preview (up to three per group + overflow) ✅ 100% free and open source — no accounts, no paid AI backend, no external services for naming PERFECT FOR • NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics consultants • Support engineers managing multiple concurrent tickets • Freelancers tracking time across multiple projects • Anyone who works in confidential client environments • Power users who want sessions organized, searchable, and shareable with teammates who use the extension PRIVACY Sessions sync using Chrome’s own sync API — the same technology as your bookmarks.
