Qualflare for GitHub adds a compact health panel to the top of every pull request's sidebar. The moment you open a PR, you see the test result for that branch — pass, fail, and flaky counts, the overall pass rate, and a one-line summary of why something failed. No new tab, no dashboard hunting.
