Instead of navigating awkward menus and cumbersome interfaces, Ma - Clean Tabs, Clean Mind lets you save and close tabs by simply clicking one button, automatically saving your chosen tab to a clean dashboard and closing it once saved. Your saved tabs are sorted by when you saved them, with a screenshot of each so you can easily see which tab you want to restore. For YouTube tabs, Ma - Clean Tabs, Clean Mind also saves your playback position so you can resume where you left off. Based upon the Japanese principle of “Ma” (a pause, a gap, or negative space), Ma - Clean Tabs, Clean Mind is designed to give you freedom to quickly clear and restore tabs in as few clicks as possible. With a simple “one click” save and “one click” restore function, a beautiful dashboard with visual previews, and efficient code, Ma - Clean Tabs, Clean Mind allows you to quickly and easily reduce your cluttered tabs and reduce your device's memory usage. How to use the extension to organise your tabs: • Run the extension and click “Save & Close Tab” to automatically save and close your active tab • Click “Open Dashboard” to see your saved tabs • Click any tab to restore it and automatically remove it from your dashboard, keeping your dashboard clean Important bits: Ma - Clean Tabs, Clean Mind processes and stores all data locally on your device using Google Chrome’s own local storage - the extension has no account system, no server and no internet connection of its own, meaning your use of it is completely private from the developers. fourhundred studios (the developers) take privacy very seriously and have no access to your data whatsoever. This does not affect your relationship with Google, Google Chrome or the Google Web Store and the separate agreements and data/privacy policies therein. Ma - Clean Tabs, Clean Mind uses the following permissions and functions: All of these permissions are only used when you explicitly run the extension to save or restore tabs, Ma - Clean Tabs, Clean Mind does not run in the background, never monitors browsing passively, and never transmits any data anywhere. • Active tab and tabs permission : when you use Ma - Clean Tabs, Clean Mind to save a tab, the extension reads and saves the title and url of the tab you're saving in order to save it to the dashboard. It also captures a screenshot of the tab you are saving - this is where the images in the dashboard come from and is how you are able to see a preview of your saved tab in the dashboard. The screenshots, titles and urls are saved to your device only (using Google Chrome’s built-in local storage), and fourhundred studios (the developers) have no access to them. The screenshots are highly efficient in size (usually 1-4kb) so you can save hundreds to thousands of tabs easily. All of this data is stored locally, and nothing is stored or transmitted remotely. • Scripting - used exclusively on YouTube to read the current video playback position at the moment you save the tab, so the link can resume from that timestamp. No scripts are injected on any other site. • Storage - used to save your tabs locally on your device using Chrome's built-in local storage. Nothing is stored or transmitted remotely. Deleting data: Each time you re-open a tab, all of its data (url, title, thumbnail etc.) is permanently deleted. If you want to delete all of your data at any time you can do so from your Chrome local storage, or by uninstalling the Ma - Clean Tabs, Clean Mind extension - either of these routes will also permanently delete all of your saved tabs.
