Save matched NZ property listings to your Buyer's Market watchlist. Buyer's Market — NZ Property Watcher helps New Zealand property buyers save and track listings from supported real estate websites. When you visit a supported property listing page, the extension can show a “Watch on Buyer's Market” button. Click it to save the listing to your Buyer's Market watchlist, so you can keep track of properties you are interested in from one place. The extension is designed for buyers who want a cleaner workflow while researching homes, apartments, sections, and investment properties across multiple New Zealand listing websites. What it does: • Adds a Buyer's Market watch button on supported property listing pages • Extracts visible listing details such as the page URL, listing title, address where available, and source website • Saves watched listings locally in the browser • Syncs saved properties to your signed-in Buyer's Market account • Lets you open the extension popup to review saved listings and retry syncing • Helps connect property research on listing websites with your Buyer's Market workspace Supported property sources includes all of New Zealand's significant listing platforms - check images for the list. Buyer's Market is being built as a New Zealand property research platform. The platform is intended to help buyers organise property watchlists, compare listings, review property information, and manage property-related documents. Privacy and permissions: The extension only runs on supported New Zealand property websites and the Buyer's Market website. It uses browser storage to keep your watched listings and uses your Buyer's Market website session to sync listings when you are signed in. The extension does not modify listings, place bids, contact agents, or purchase anything on your behalf. Any paid services, documents, or account features are handled through the Buyer's Market website, not automatically through the extension.
