Capture browser actions as Automation Studio Step Schema v1 steps. Qubrix Test Steps Recorder is the browser companion for Qubrix Automation Studio. It records real user actions in Chrome and turns them into structured test steps you can edit, save, and run with Playwright. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Automation Studio at https://app.qubrixs.com 2. Click “Record in browser” and choose your start URL 3. Perform your flow in a normal Chrome tab (click, type, navigate, select) 4. Return to Studio, stop recording, and import steps into the visual editor 5. Save the test and run it from Automation Studio WHAT GETS RECORDED • Navigate — page URLs • Click — buttons, links, and controls • Type — text fields (passwords are marked sensitive) • Select — dropdown values SMART LOCATORS Steps use stable Playwright-friendly locators in priority order: test id → id → name → placeholder → role → label → CSS This helps your tests stay reliable when you run them in Automation Studio.
