AI-powered recruitment side panel: save candidate notes/positions, generate outreach messages, sync profiles to Notion. Recruitment Helper is a side panel assistant that helps you organize candidate profiles and draft outreach messages faster. It works on LinkedIn profile pages and keeps your workflow in one place while you review candidates. Main features: - Save candidate notes and a position tag per profile (stored locally in your browser by default) - Generate personalized outreach messages using OpenAI (with your own API key) - Customize the AI prompt and automatically include your name as a sign‑off - Optional cloud sync to Notion: the extension can create a “Recruitment Helper” page and “Profiles” database and save your profiles there What is saved for each profile (local storage and Notion, if enabled): - Profile URL - Profile name (from the browser tab title) - Notes you enter - Selected position tag Privacy and page interaction: The extension does not scrape page content and does not inject or manipulate the page DOM. It uses the current tab URL/title to detect supported pages. When you generate a message, only the page title and the candidate info you paste are sent to OpenAI. We do not access browser history. The extension only reads the active tab URL/title to detect supported profile pages and save the profile URL you choose to save.
