Email Management Application Extension Email Management Application Extension is addition to Email Management Application in Genesys Cloud that will allow you to control/prevent the agent from sending emails unless it is fully approved by quality reviewers. The application by itself is useless as the configuration and option adjustment is done through Email management app in Genesys Cloud, then the app will keep monitoring the agent action preventing what is not in line with what you have configured in the Email management app.
