Internal tool for the OPlus team — captures customer inquiries into OPlus Hub. • On Gmail: reads the open email, extracts the inquiry details (customer, deadlines, venue, reference) and creates the inquiry with its attachments in one click. • On any portal or website: paste the request text into the side panel and capture it the same way. • Detects duplicates before creating anything, and can update an existing inquiry with new details instead of creating a copy.
