Shows the Student Success AI case analysis and draft reply on Upskilled Salesforce cases, with one-click reply and feedback. Upskilled-internal tool for Student Success agents. On Salesforce cases that have been analysed by the Student Success portal, the extension shows a small panel with the AI's case summary, suggested actions, and an editable draft reply. One click opens Salesforce's own email reply (Lightning or Classic) pre-filled with the draft, always above the quoted thread. A 👍/👎 rating flows back into the portal's feedback queue so analysis quality is tracked where the team already reviews it. Requires an Upskilled staff session on one.upskilled.edu.au — the extension is inert for anyone else and collects nothing. Works only on Upskilled's own Salesforce org domains.
